ba442 operates as an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted territories. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your ba442 account in accordance with the Account Closure provisions set out in Section 7 below.

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail. All monetary amounts are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.

The headings used throughout these Terms & Conditions are provided for convenience and navigational purposes only. They do not affect the interpretation of the clauses beneath them. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To access the full range of services offered by ba442 — including sports betting, live casino games, and the cashier — you must register a ba442 account. Registration is free of charge and open to individuals who meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register a ba442 account only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

You must promptly update your account information if any of it changes after registration. ba442 is not liable for any consequences — including delayed or declined withdrawals — arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.3 Identity Verification

ba442 may require you to complete an identity verification process at any point — including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change to your account. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification acceptable to ba442. ba442 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of the verification process. Failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba442 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ba442 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to maintain credential security. 3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ba442 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer from approved domestic financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ba442 does not currently accept international card payments or cryptocurrency transfers. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change, and the current list is always displayed within the ba442 cashier section.

3.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount at ba442 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ba442 account balance within seconds of the wallet transfer completing on the payment provider's side. ba442 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which ba442 accepts no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. ba442 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not held by the registered account holder may be reversed and the corresponding account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at ba442 is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by ba442 within one to three business days of submission, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, except where ba442 agrees in writing to an alternative arrangement.

ba442 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times quoted are ba442's internal processing targets; actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider. ba442 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on ba442 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba442 does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied by the platform. The ৳ symbol displayed on all transaction screens, balance displays, and statements refers to Bangladeshi Taka.

ba442 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and tournament-specific offers tied to BPL and IPL match days. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's ba442 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed on the promotion detail page at the time of opt-in. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Any bonus balance that has not been wagered by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

4.2 Eligible Games and Markets

Wagering requirements may be fulfilled only through eligible games and markets as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on excluded markets, games with a return-to-player (RTP) above a specified threshold, or wagers placed using certain bet types (e.g., cash-out bets, system bets) may not contribute fully — or at all — towards wagering requirements. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

ba442 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk, mathematically hedged bets designed to exploit bonus requirements; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; and sharing bonus funds or wagering requirements across related accounts. Where ba442 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, the platform reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse any winnings generated from it, and close the player's account.

4.4 Promotions Subject to Change

ba442 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are intended for the personal recreational use of individual eligible players. ba442 may exclude a player from a specific promotion if the player does not meet the eligibility criteria, even if the player has already opted in.

All sports bets placed on ba442 are subject to the ba442 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the platform and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. All casino games offered on ba442 are subject to the rules of the individual game as published by the respective game provider — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and WM Casino.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

ba442 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until ba442's system has generated a unique bet reference number. A bet slip displayed on screen does not constitute confirmation of bet acceptance. Where a bet is placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error, ba442 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.

5.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series featuring Bangladesh — are updated on a ball-by-ball basis. ba442 may suspend in-play markets at any time, including during key match events such as wickets, reviews, and weather delays. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid unless the bet relates to an event that has already been determined at the time of placement.

5.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold specified in the Sportsbook Rules; the odds at the time of bet placement were clearly erroneous; a technical fault prevented accurate odds from being displayed; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's available account balance.

5.4 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games in the ba442 lobby — whether live dealer tables or RNG (random number generator) slot and table games — are sourced from certified third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined solely by the provider's certified RNG systems. ba442 has no ability to influence the outcome of any casino game after it has been initiated. In the event of a dispute regarding a casino game outcome, the provider's server log shall be the definitive record.

By maintaining a ba442 account, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:

7.1 Closure by the Player

Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending identity verification requirements and the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

7.3 Closure by ba442

ba442 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Evidence of duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, or collusion
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity involving the account
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a specified timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player in bad faith

Where an account is closed by ba442 due to a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, ba442 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and, where applicable, any winnings generated through the breach. Real-money deposits will be returned to the extent required by applicable law and subject to any claims ba442 may have against the player.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba442's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ba442 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the ba442 platform, howsoever caused;
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or events beyond ba442's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable law;
• Any inaccuracy in sports data, odds, or results provided by third-party data feeds, where such inaccuracy does not arise from ba442's own negligence;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

ba442 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ba442 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate information, no warranty is given — express or implied — as to platform uptime, completeness of market coverage, or the fitness of any particular game or betting product for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes ba442's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
